What is The Conversation?

The Conversation is a dedicated two-day program designed to engage campus and headquarters professionals in meaningful discussions on hazing prevention education and professional development within the fraternity and sorority community. Hosted by NGLA and facilitated by Plaid, this exclusive event on June 2-3, 2025, at The College of New Jersey offers a dynamic space for campus and headquarters professionals to explore critical issues, gain valuable insights, and enhance their leadership skills.

Through interactive workshops, engaging discussions, and networking opportunities, participants will delve into hazing prevention, student accountability, interpersonal skills development, and more. With expertly crafted sessions and tailored resources, The Conversation empowers attendees to create safer, stronger, and more supportive fraternity and sorority communities.

Key Focus Areas

Hazing Prevention Education – Gain insights into the latest research, best practices, and proactive strategies to eradicate hazing culture and promote positive traditions.

Member Campus $300 $250
Non-Member Campus $400 $350

Participants may select from two options, Onsite or Virtual. Sessions will begin at 1:30pm on June 2 and conclude by 3pm on June 3. Onsite registrations include all meals, snacks, and one-night’s lodging at TCNJ.

Both options will use Plaid’s technology, Howspace, designed to to facilitate collaboration, learning, and organizational transformation. With an intuitive, user-friendly interface, Howspace enables learners to engage in meaningful discussions, co-create content, and drive change in real-time.
