NACA/NGLA Partnership Announced
The Northeast Greek Leadership Association (NGLA) and the National Association for Campus Activities (NACA) are proud to announce a formal partnership designed to strengthen leadership development, enhance educational programming, and provide greater value to their members.
This collaboration will expand access to high-quality education and resources that support fraternity/sorority communities and campus engagement professionals, while offering exclusive member benefits and discounts to both organizations.

2026 Compass Award Honorees
The NGLA Compass Awards are the Northeast Greek Leadership Association’s highest individual honors, recognizing exceptional leaders whose service, integrity, and impact have helped shape fraternity and sorority life across the Northeast and beyond.
Named for the compass—a symbol of direction, purpose, and guidance—the awards honor professionals and volunteers who have demonstrated sustained commitment to student development, ethical leadership, and the advancement of the fraternal movement. Compass Award honorees exemplify the values of mentorship, collaboration, and service, and have made a lasting difference through their leadership on campuses, within organizations, and through NGLA.
Each year, Compass Award recipients are celebrated at the NGLA Annual Conference, where their contributions are recognized as models of leadership that continue to guide and inspire current and future generations of fraternity and sorority leaders.
