NGLA offers an educational experience that inspires, gives hope, and provides our fraternal leaders with the vision to navigate our world. During the NGLA Annual Conference, participants can choose from over 100 educational programs, including keynote addresses and sessions for students and professionals.

To register for the NGLA Conference, you must participate in the NGLA Membership Program. Whether you’ve been attending for years or haven’t been in a while, we hope to see you in Pittsburgh, PA!

Purchasing Tickets

2026 NGLA Annual Conference Registration is open until February 16, 2026.

For the most efficient experience, please gather the following information about your attendees: full name, preferred pronouns, affiliation, email address, allergies/food restrictions, leadership/professional title, accommodation request (if applicable), and t-shirt size.

On-site registration is not available.

If paying via credit card, you can purchase registration for the NGLA Annual Conference via this link. You will enter your attendee information during registration.

If paying by check, select “Invoice” at the end of the registration process. To complete your registration and receive access to Whova (the electronic event guide), please send a check payable to the Northeast Greek Leadership Association to 701 E Cathedral Rd Ste 45, PMB 370, Philadelphia, PA 19128, for the total amount on your invoice.

For every 10 student registrations, receive 1 registration for a campus-based professional from the same institution (up to 4 complimentary registrations). Please email registration@ngla.org for assistance with redeeming the Quantity Discount!

  • To substitute who is assigned to registration and is attending the NGLA Annual Conference, please complete this EXCHANGE FORM by February 23, 2026, @ 11:59pm ET. Exchange requests after this date may be accommodated on-site.
  • The following information is required for the attendee: full name, preferred pronouns, affiliation, email address, allergies/food restrictions, leadership/professional title, accommodation request (if applicable), and t-shirt size.

NGLA Speakers receive a $100 discount on registration for the NGLA Annual Conference. Please email education@ngla.org for assistance with redeeming.

NGLA Sponsors receive registrations included in an NGLA Sponsorship Agreement and receive a $100 discount on additional registration for the NGLA Annual Conference for representatives of their organization. Please email sponsorops@ngla.org for assistance with redeeming.

Recipients of an NGLA Scholarship receive registration for the NGLA Annual Conference. Please email scholarship@ngla.org for assistance with redeeming.

Payment in full is due by February 16, 2026. If payment is not received by this date, a 5% late fee will be invoiced, unless purchase order documentation is provided. If payment is not received or confirmed in process by February 26, 2026, a Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed to attend the event.

Quantity Discount

Register 10 Students, Receive 1 Registration for a Campus-Based Professional

The Quantity Discount is limited to 4 complimentary registrations.

Registering 11 to 20 attendees will apply one complimentary registration. If registering 21 or more attendees, you must create multiple orders, each with 10 or more attendees, to receive up to four complimentary registrations.
